An unboxing video is mandatory for return claims (for full guidelines, please refer to our Return Policy) and must clearly show the sealed package, the complete unboxing process, and the issue. Product(s) can be returned within 48 hours only if the jewellery piece is clearly shown as missing or defective in the unboxing video. Product(s) cannot be returned under any other circumstances.

Please note that refunds are not provided; eligible orders will receive a replacement product.

• All tags, labels, and original packaging are still attached

3. Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on eligible returns:

• You do not have to pay any additional shipping charges for approved returns.

4. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, such as:

• Used, washed, or damaged items
• Items without original tags/packaging
• Final sale / clearance items (if marked as “No return / No refund” on the product page)

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before sending it back.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item (if available) or offer a refund as per your preference.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.

If your return is approved:

• Refund will be processed to your original method of payment or as store credit, as applicable.
• It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not refund original shipping charges (if any), unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item shipped).

You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped yet.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can still request a return after delivery, as per this policy.
