Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional free shipping offers will be mentioned on the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected orders and locations. TooBela reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain pin codes or high-value orders.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as an unboxing video.

Once an order is placed, address changes may not be possible. Please ensure all delivery details are correct before confirming your order.
