If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Easy 7‑Day Returns
You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- All tags, labels, and original packaging are still attached
- You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

3. Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on eligible returns:
- If your return is approved, we will arrange pickup or share a prepaid return label / courier instructions.
- You do not have to pay any additional shipping charges for approved returns.
4. Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Final sale / clearance items (if marked as “No return / No refund” on the product page)
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before sending it back.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will replace the item (if available) or offer a refund as per your preference.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
If your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original method of payment or as store credit, as applicable.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not refund original shipping charges (if any), unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item shipped).
7. Order Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped yet.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can still request a return after delivery, as per this policy.
